Bicycle Anatomy For Beginners

I found this awesome video about the sport that I love the most, cycling of course. It is worth watching, really. It only lasts about 5:43 minutes and I assure you that you are going to learn -if you are interested in cycling- all about the parts and components of the bicycle in that short amount of time.
Watch it and have fun!

Very interesting. How do you guys do it when you out alone and the chain brakes or you get a flat? Do you have to learn all that before you start bicycling?
I do bike once in a while but cycling is not my main thing. I'd like to get into it though.

That is an excellent video! I ride my bike mainly on a trainer but I still need to know the parts when something needs to be fixed and the guys at the bike shop know all the parts and I just stare at them like they are speaking a new language. Now I can understand. Thanks.

@musclebuilder,

You don't have to learn all that before you start cycling. The only thing I recommend you learn is how to change a flat tire so you can get back home safely.
