Hateful xenophobic Lou Dobbs is quitting his contract with CNN as of today. This contract was supposed to end until 2011, but CNN President, Jon Klein, said in a statement, "Lou has now decided to carry the banner of advocacy journalism elsewhere. We respect his decision."
Well, hate sells and sells a lot, probably as much as sex does, who knows, but I am sure that if he got a better salary offer from another TV Network he will be working for, he will increase their ratings and earnings as well.
I wonder what network is getting in bed with him...Fox News maybe?
It's too bad that some people crave for this type of cheap entertainment. Hate infects ones brain and soul, hate brings disaster and pain, hate sickens, shortens the haters life. Hate, is never good.
1. As long as there is a market for hate, there will be work for bitter "journalists"
2. As long as there is a market for undocumented immigrants, they will keep on entering the United States illegally.
3. As long as there is a market for drugs in the US, the drugs will keep on rolling in my friends.
Let me make it clear for once and for all:
1. If you don't want hate, do not listen to hateful individuals who rejoice on hurting others with their words.
2. If you don't want "the Mexicans" in the US, DO NOT HIRE THEM!
3. If you don't want a country with drug lords next to yours...DO NOT DO DRUGS!
It's funny. I just published last week a post in this blog about Lou Dobbs, and now he's leaving CNN. What a coincidence, or not?
Some activists are celebrating Lou Dobbs leaving CNN:
"Our contention all along was that Lou Dobbs — who has a long history of spreading lies and conspiracy theories about immigrants and Latinos — does not belong on the most trusted name in news," said Roberto Lovato, co-founder of Presente.org. "We are thrilled that Dobbs no longer has the legitimate platform from which to incite fear and hate."I am not celebrating Dobbs leaving CNN. He'll just move somewhere else where he can continue his journey of hate. And CNN is not that unbiased either. Let's admit it, CNN, Fox, MSNBC and the rest of the main stream media are not longer reporting the truth, they are all controlled and manipulated, they don't want the public to know the absolute truth and reality about what is happening around the world, so what's to celebrate?
Tom Saenz, president of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the leading Latino legal organization, said, "The Latino community can and should celebrate that Lou Dobbs is no longer on CNN."
I will celebrate when real and honest journalism governs, until then...

This is great news. But I concur with what was said by Livingstrong. CNN is not better than Fox and all the other "news" being reported on TV. Do you want more truthful information? Search the Internet for blogs with quality information. That's the best way to go.

Probably he will end up on Fox, Glenn Beck will love to have him close. Both are sad bozos who love to channel conspiracy theories without any fundamental proof.
But CNN will replace him with someone else just as bitterly obnoxious and racist. I am a white American man, but Lou Dobbs even offends me.
I can’t imagine how immigrants even watch him.
LD will be welcomed by Faux, them and him can spew their hateful views. Maybe they will put him on as the centrist voice hahahahahahaha.
Too bad his hatred for everyone south of the border took over the show. He never worried once about who might be coming over from the North, East or West.

Yesterday, I spent some time reading the posts by readers under the news article about Dodds leaving at the San Francisco Chronicles site the sfgate. The postings were primarily mindless and worse than the usual PC Regressive shallowness.
Upfront, as an independent moderate, the mindless shallowness of the Politically Correct Regressive is a frightening sign as the current generations of Americans get more and more dumbbed down.
I call Dobbs and Beck the "American Flag Floaters". All we see is Red, White, And Blue floating around our screens on FOX!
