Thousands of Americans Uprising Protesting in Los Angeles
I guess reality and anger has finally hit the hearts and minds of thousands of Americans, and they have decided to get together to go out and protest against the powers that be, the oppressors, the bad elite that rules their lives and has been robbing them of their possessions, wealth, health and freedom.
Will Americans revolt?
“It’s global,” said Morello. “You see tens of thousands of people in the streets of Cairo in Madison, in Los Angeles, I think it’s a really international groundswell of people standing up against injustice.”
“Clearly in California and in other states and other cities we have double digit unemployment, we have foreclosures increasing, we have schools closing,” Prins said. “People are getting screwed.”

Small Radiation Found in Washington State Milk: FDA - CNBC
The Environmental Protection Agency and the Food and Drug Administration say that very low levels of radiation have turned up in a sample of milk from Washington state. But federal officials say consumers should not worry.
The FDA said such findings are to be expected in the coming days because of the nuclear crisis in Japan, and that the levels are expected to drop relatively quickly.
Results from a March 25 milk sample taken from Spokane, Wash., show levels of radioactive Iodine-131 that are still 5,000 times below levels of concern set by the FDA, including levels set for infants and children.

Why Do You Like Cycling?
Por que te gusta el ciclismo?
...then, I got myself thinking: why do I like cycling if I am sprinting and puffing and sweating, why do I like cycling if I have to give up sleep in, my muscles get sore and sometimes I get scary muscle cramps? And the answer was: cycling makes me feel ALIVE, that is it, alive and with a sensation of accomplishment and total fulfillment, pride and wellness.

5 Most Beautiful Women of the World
There are so many bad things happening in the world right now, and frankly, I don't feel like talking about them today.
Today I want to talk about BEAUTY, beauty in all its forms: music, poetry, art in general, the human body, men and women, nature, the universe, you name it.
I will start my first post about beauty in a very simple way, but a very attractive one for many of my readers: BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.
You might disagree with me in my choices but let me know why and who will be your most beautiful woman in the world pick (no family members please, lol)
I base my choices in sensuality, not sex, beauty of the face, presence and elegance. Sensuality is a mysterious physical appeal that some women have. That makes then more unreachable and interesting, I think.

Hate Groups Growing In America
By now most of my readers and followers know that I oppose 100% any kind of hate, cruelty and abuse against any human being or animals. But unfortunately there are hundreds of thousands of people that just don't get it. They thrive on hate and feed on cruelty.

Music BRIT AWARDS 2011
Sorry I'm blogging too late, but I live across the pond from the UK, and my satellite company did not transmit the show live.
Anyways, I want to blog about it because I love English music, and so far so cool. In my personal opinion, British people KNOW music, oh yes, they are musical revolutionaries, they've always been, they'll always be.
One of my favorite bands now is MUSE, hands down man. But there are others that have paved the road, the musical British road to heaven; like The Who, Queen, Take That, and many more.
You go Brits! I LOVE YOUR MUSIC!

Mexican Illegals in US Should Come Home
I am sick and tired of all Mexicans who eagerly want to cross illegally into United States, even when THEY ARE NOT WANTED there, they are mistreated, treated like slaves, and even though THERE IS NO WORK in the US nor a better life to look for there either, they still want to cross; I don't understand it! Have some dignity and COME BACK HOME!In the meantime, agriculture production in Mexico has gone down because there is no labor available, lots of hard farm working Mexicans are living and working illegally in the USA.
MEXICAN comrades: COME BACK HOME! US Americans don't want you there, well, we want you here, in Mexico, we need you, let us create a new Mexico, a country that produces its own. Right now we have become a country that mainly consumes imports from other countries that bring their filthy food contaminated with Salmonella/E. Coli from the United States of America or gross and toxic canned or packaged food brought from China!
MEXICANS who are working illegally in the US... COME BACK HOME...NOW, PLEASE!

Fukushima Reactors Rising Smoke Workers Have to Evacuate
The crisis in Japan from the aftermath of the 9.0 earthquake that caused a powerful Tsunami with the consequent destruction of the nuclear reactors located in Fukushima, doesn't end yet.
Tonight, NHK has reported as breaking news that the reactors 1, 2, 3 and 4 are currently smoking, and cooling at reactor 5 has failed.
Radiation is high and workers are to be evacuated.
Needless to say that the economy of Japan will be affected greatly after this devastation. Not only produce like milk, vegetables and tap water are already contaminated with radioactivity particles-isotopes, the production of car parts, tech material, etc., has been halted due to the closing of dozens (if not hundreds) of manufacturing plants and businesses.

Elizabeth Taylor Has Died
Hollywood actress, Elizabeth Taylor has died at 79. Not that Mrs. Taylor was part of my generation, but she was my mother's and one way or another she brought glamor and fashion to our parents generation (I am 48 btw).
And even though these days our lives are filled with war, hate and needless deaths (WARS in Middle East), we need to take a break and appreciate the life of people (even Hollywood people)who have given us some good moments through TV and movies, and Mrs. Elizabeth Taylor certainly did.
Rest in peace.
Taylor died "peacefully today in Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles," said a statement from her publicist. She was hospitalized six weeks ago with congestive heart failure, "a condition with which she had struggled for many years. Though she had recently suffered a number of complications, her condition had stabilized and it was hoped that she would be able to return home. Sadly, this was not to be."

Beautiful Seagull Great Lunch With Family
Having lunch, sea food, a little bit of Zinfandel, not much because next day had a 72 kilometers bike race. What else can you ask from life when you have a perfect health to enjoy a sunny day in the company of your family, enjoying a beautiful ocean view, a great meal, a glass of wine, sharing this happiness with a wonderful seagull and nature.

Obama Lied He promised To bring American Troops Back
I cannot believe how gullible most people are when it comes to HOPE and false FAITH. Seriously, why would anybody believe the promises of any politician these days?
This is what the President of the USA said when campaigning:
This is what the same President said two days ago:
Obama is sending more troopers to die just to rob other countries of all their goods, oil, metals, etc.
Humanitarian reasons given ARE LIES and excuses to keep the masses calm. When are people going to wake up and think for themselves?!

Japan Nuclear Radiation Spreads Emergency
One cannot trust what the governments of the world tell us anymore. We have to be vigilant, educate ourselves by investigating the facts, doing a vast research, having an open mind to be able to really be well informed and thus protect ourselves and our loved ones.
Japan and the US are covering up the truth about the damages caused to the nuclear plants by the tsunami after the 9.0 earthquake that hit on 3/11. The fact is that with 4 nuclear reactors heating up, exploding and not cooling down after all measures taken, the possibility of radiation danger and severe health risks to humans is REAL and NOT to be taken lightly.
BBC reports:
“Radiation detected at the Fukushima plant on Monday is twice the maximum seen so far,” the BBC is reporting, citing Kyodo News.
“It is difficult to say, but that would be a core meltdown. If the rods fall and mix with water, the result would be an explosion of solid material like a volcano spreading radioactive material. Steam or a hydrogen explosion caused by the mix would spread radioactive waste more than 50km. Also, this would be multiplied. There are many reactors in the area so there would be many Chernobyl."
"For example, there has not been enough information about the hydrogen being vented. We don’t know how much was vented and how radioactive it was."
Accuweather notes the following times for radiation - in a worst-case scenario - to reach the West Coast:

G8 G20 Global Dictatorship
Here we have the G8 again, gathering to decide what they are going to order the world to do next. After this meeting, they will get together with the G20 where Mexico is participant, unfortunately, and they -G8- will tell them -G20- what to do with the economy, health and the future of the citizens of their countries. Utterly pathetic.
Global dictatorship at its best.
Globalismo dictatorial.
Global dictatorship at its best.
Globalismo dictatorial.

Cyclist Cat VS Lance Armstrong
My kitty cat, Bitsy, thinks she is better than Lance Armstrong on the bike. Bitsy likes cycling so much that she cannot get off the bike, not even when it's the family's turn to train indoors.

Brazilian Banker Attempted to Murder Cyclists
Have you seen the video of the Brazilian cyclists that were recently attacked by a madman? Well, the cyclist hater happens to be a.... BANKSTER!
Thank goodness he was caught, jailed, brought to justice and he is been charged with attempted murder.
Hopefully, the Brazilian judges will keep him on jail without bail. Make him suffer a little.
By the way, the bankster is 47-year old Richard Neis, and he is part of the Brazilian Central Bank.
I hope that all Brazilian cyclists are OK, in good health and good spirits. My best wishes to all of you, guys. Don't give up, keep on cycling!
Note: Bankster -made up word by economists combining BANKER-GANSTER-

God Thinks He is Lance Armstrong
This is a great cycling joke. I couldn't resist to post it on my blog today, it's funny and light. I have been working too hard and I'm kind of tired tonight for serious blogging.
A Cyclist in Heaven
A very devout cyclist dies and goes to heaven. Saint Peter meets him at the gate. First thing the cyclist asks is if there are bicycles in heaven.
"Sure," says St. Peter, "let me show you," and he leads the guy into the finest Velodrome you can imagine.
"This is great," the cyclist says.
"It certainly is," says St. Peter. "You will have a custom bike and the best cycling clothes you've ever seen, and your personal masseuse will always available."
As they speak a blur streaks by them on the boards riding a gold plated bike.
"Wow!" the cyclist exclaims. "That guy was so fast that can only be Lance Armstrong!"
"No," says St. Peter, "that was God on the bike, he only thinks he's Lance".

Women Attacked International Women's Day
Sorry if I am being so cynic, but I am not in the mood to celebrate, yet another day that the powers that be most likely invented, what for?, for financial expenditure, to "stimulate" some rotten economy going on back in 1911?!
Just go to the website International Women's Day and notice how they are "so proud that a lot of women are donating MONEY to their favorite charities". HA! Women, do not donate, keep your money IN YOUR POCKET and help yourself, do the deed yourself. Charities are a farce!
We, women, fight every day for our lives. Every day of the year should be Women's Day.
"Happy" International Women's Day"

I am another BRAVE ONE, as many other millions around the world who fight, live, love, get scared but fight back and survive. We are THE BRAVE ONES, the ones that conquer fear every day of our lives. Women are supreme and the mothers of the world.

Oil Gasoline Commodities Price Widgets
Due to the oil price increase recently, I have decided to add the oil widget to my blog, like I did back in 2008 when the price of petroleum went up to 147 USD a barrel. It's going to be fun watching them move upwards again.
By the way, prices are accurate and they are displayed in real time.
Refresh the page during trading hours so you can get REAL LIVE digits. When Futures trade it's also consider trading time.

Global Medical Healthcare Facing Serious Financial Problems
The NHS, National Health System, a socialist medical health care in England, faces severe financial cuts this year, which puts more than 50 hospitals at risk.
There is no country in the world escaping this financial meltdown, maybe some countries might do a bit better than others, the ones that are more self-sustaining will not crumble that hard, the others, the ones that have consumed to excess and have been frivolous, they better watch out.
I am a Capitalist living in the middle of a world invaded by Socialism, Communism and Corporate Fascism; and I am fully aware that there is not one country in the world embracing pure Capitalism right now, but has it ever been, really, a country smart enough, unselfish enough, compassionate enough, hard working enough, that has evolved based on Capitalism and CAPITALISM alone? No, I don't think so.
United States wanted to, had the "idea" of, a "wonderful idea" about Capitalism, but they couldn't succeed, they did not know how to put it to work, simply, because of greed and hunger for power and domination of the world. And that, it's not Capitalism.
I do not believe in Socialism of any form, certainly not in the world we live in, where selfishness and desperate thirst for accumulating unnecessary things reins and makes people commit heinous crimes.
Anyways, the world is facing serious problems. It's not only England having horrendous financial problems within the medical system, United States, Canada, China, Russia and others are too.
When the medical system of several countries of the globe starts falling apart and food prices rise, what do you think it's next for humanity, what kind of healthy future do you imagine for everyone?
Stay strong and Long!
About 70 hospital trusts in England have failed to achieve the financial performance and quality of care necessary to become foundation trusts and "a significant number" have "large recurrent deficits", according to the King's Fund. In a report titled Reconfiguring Hospital Services the charity warned of "a downward spiral of falling income, growing deficit and declining quality [which] will cause hospitals to fail."Read full article The Independent

Favorite Picture Almendros Trees Spain
I chose this as my favorite picture of the week, the Almendros trees in Spain, in Marbella, in Mallorca, are an absolute splendor.
I have no words to express the beauty that I can see and feel in my soul when I see these trees. And please, scroll down a bit and enjoy the Almendros trees video in Mallorca. The music and the view will take your breath away. Ah, my goodness, looking at this wonderful views and listening to the music on the video make my soul and my mind join, just to feel the amazing beauty of being alive.
The music embraces my spirit and lifts my imagination to places I have never been, to horizons I never imagined before.
I am so lucky to be alive.

Bob Chapman on Freedom Files Talks about Libya War US Dollar
If you are not going out tonight to party to the streets of London, Manhattan, Mexico City, Paris, Berlin, you might as well get yourself a drink of your predilection, burn some incense, relax, and listen to Mr.Bob Chapman talking about finances, international forecasting affairs, the problems in United States, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Suez Canal, Iran, Algeria, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Yemen.
Listen to him talking about the possibility of civil unrest to continue to spread, maybe even the probability of another big world war coming....ahhhh, how relaxing is to listen to someone speaking the truth, no, no, no, it's NOT gloom and doom, no! It is just...the truth. And truth is liberating, and relaxing.
BTW, maybe it's just me, but I don't think there is going to be a World War III, not now, not in the near future. I truly don't think so. What's going on is the falling of an Empire, the falling of the American Empire. The US is too poor and its military is in 155 countries!!! But what do I know.
Anyways, it so refreshing to listen to someone who is well informed, smart, intelligent and willing to enlighten us with his wisdom, expertise and ample knowledge, Mr. Bob Chapman.
Good night, fellas, and enjoy this interview. I am sure I will. Peaceful dreams to all.

Zerohedge Reports Real US Unemployment Figures THANKS !
It is refreshing to read real reports about US unemployment, it makes me feel mentally sane, like the ones that Zerohedge publishes. Because the utter lies published in regular stream-media are so sickening, they make my skin crawl.
For example, take this one by Mr. Gross, then another report on the same CNBC page, reporting Jobless Claims Jump! Contradictory news to try to confuse the gullible ones.
This is an excerpt from Zerohedge's reporting about the actual unemployment (10.3%) and underemployment (19.9%) figures in the US.
NOTE: Thank you, Zerohedge for making sense in the midst of chaos. Keep up the good work.
On one hand we have the Department of Truth about to tell tomorrow that NFP based on various seasonal and birth death adjustments increased by 250,000. On the other hand, we have Gallupwhich actually does real time polling without a procyclical propaganda bias. And Gallup does't have any good news: "Unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, hit 10.3% in February -- up from 9.8% at the end of January. The U.S. unemployment rate is now essentially the same as the 10.4% at the end of February 2010." And the one indicator that nobody in the mainstream media will touch with a ten foot pole: "Underemployment, a measure that combines part-time workers wanting full-time work with those who are unemployed, surged in February to 19.9%. This resulted from the combination of a sharp 0.5-point increase since the end of January in the percentage unemployed and a 0.5-point increase in the percentage working part time but wanting full-time work. Underemployment is now higher than it was at this point a year ago (19.7%)."

Got Food ?
Interesting article to read. But I disagree with the USDA prediction of a 3.5% increase in food prices. It will be more likely a 15 to 25% in the US and 50% and up in other countries of the world where turmoil rises.
(NaturalNews) When the upswing in commodity prices eventually makes its way throughout the food system in mid-to-late 2011, food prices are sure to spike with levels potentially reaching those of 2008, announced U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) economist Ephraim Leibtag at the agency's annual Outlook Forum. And if conditions escalate rapidly, there is also the potential for food riots and other civil unrest.
The USDA is predicting a 3.5 percent increase in food prices in 2011, which is about twice the overall inflation rate but less than the 2008 increase, according to a recent Reuters report. In 2008, food prices rose 5.5 percent, which represents the highest increase since 1990. But the possibility of food prices dramatically rising in 2011 like they did in 2008 is a definite possibility.
"Given that it's still earlier in the year, I'm prone to be conservative on the side of the forecast," said Leibtag. "It's a possibility," he added, concerning the likelihood of massive inflation in food costs like was seen in 2008.
Leibtag also explained the agency's expectation of a four percent rise in costs for meats, poultry, and fish; a 3.5 percent increase for fruits and vegetables; a four percent increase for cereals and bakery products; and a three percent increase in sugar and sweets costs. All increases represent anywhere from a 20 to 60 percent increase over last year's increases.
In 2008, food shortages and rapid price increases led to riots in 25 different countries around the world. And the same may happen again, including even in the US, due to factors like the devaluation of the dollar, crop losses, rising oil costs, and other economic factors (http://www.naturalnews.com/031408_f...).
The warning serves as a wake-up call to Americans to take back their land and begin growing more food on the local and regional scale. According to statistics from Farm Aid, a family farming advocacy group, roughly five million US farms have been lost since the 1930s, and about 330 farmers every week leave their land. If this trend continues, the situation will only worsen.
Factory farming operations have essentially replaced local farming throughout the country. And government policies like subsidization of genetically-modified (GM) crops only continues to drive small-scale farmers off their land and exacerbate the problem.

Cycling Helmet Camera Photos Videos
A Facebook cyclist follower uploaded a picture of a helmet camera. An awesome way to set up a regular digital camera mounted on a base to hook it tight. I think it is very creative, practical and, why not say it, frigging awesome!
